Returns and Refunds

At Pregioframe, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our tailor-made products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy offers you solutions. Please read the following information carefully.

Returns

  1. Return Period We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days from the date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or replacement.

  2. Product Condition To be eligible for a return, the product must be in original condition, unused and undamaged. It must also be returned in the original packaging. Any sign of use or damage may result in the return being refused.

  3. Documentation Required To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Send a copy of your receipt via email to info@pregioframe.com when requesting a return.

  4. Excluded Products Please note that personalized or tailor-made products are exempt from the right of return, except in the case of defects or errors on our part.

Return Procedure

  1. Initial Contact To start the return process, contact us via email at info@pregioframe.com providing the details of your order and the reason for the return. We will reply with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

  2. Return Shipping Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with an address to send the product to. We will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product.

Refunds

  1. Refund Process Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email of approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 24 hours.

Mistakes on Our Part

If the return is due to an error on our part, such as shipping the wrong or defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer you a free replacement or a full refund, at your choice.

Ordering Errors by the Customer

As our products are tailor-made, it is essential that customers provide the correct measurements when ordering. If the customer makes a mistake in specifying the measurements, we can accept the return and correct the measurements, but there will be a correction fee. Additional costs will vary based on the nature of the fix needed and will be communicated to you before proceeding.

Substitutions

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at info@pregioframe.com with evidence of the defect or damage. We will send instructions for returning the defective product and shipping the replaced product.
